Galaxiom/Noveltek and Tradinfo have teamed together with 3 major European stock exchanges to present INVESCORE 2012 to be held in October 2012 on Wednesday the 10th in Zurich, on Friday the 12th in London and on Monday the 15th in Paris — on location at the conference centers of the 3 exchanges.
The aim of INVESCORE 2012 is to increase the cross-European visibility, stock exposure, and, when appropriate, the capital of North American listed companies, by introducing them to a large new investor base including institutionals, portfolio/asset managers, private bankers, wealth managers and family offices.
Additionally, INVESCORE provides participating companies the opportunity to learn about other options, such as potential dual listings at the major European Stock Exchanges, contacts for strategic alliance partners, and mingle with the Pan-European financial community.
Participating U.S. companies are characterized by the Russell 2000 index and above (some S&P), and the equivalent for Canadian companies. This corresponds to market capitalizations as high as US$ 3 Billion and as low as US$ 150 million with a median of US$ 600 million for the Russell, and higher numbers for the S&P.
